1. Purpose

єДитина helps parents and school staff coordinate the release of children during school alerts. It is a coordination tool and does not replace the decisions, rules and responsibility of the school and its staff, or of parents and guardians, and it does not replace official alerts or emergency services.

2. Accounts

• You must provide correct information and keep your password secret.
• An account becomes active only after the school administration approves it. Children are also approved by the administration.
• Parents may add only their own children (or children they are legally responsible for).

3. Acceptable use

Do not send false requests, impersonate other people, try to access other schools' data, interfere with the Service or use it for anything unlawful.

4. Responsibility

The decision to release a child is made by the responsible teacher and the school. The Service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted operation; delivery of push notifications depends on third parties (phone, network, operating system). Always follow the instructions of your school.

5. Account suspension

We or the school administration may suspend or delete an account that violates these terms.

6. Privacy

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and contact
