Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your єДитина account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@ekid.tech from the email address registered in the app, with the subject "Delete my account". You can also contact your school administrator, who can delete the account.
We may ask you to confirm that you own the account.
We delete the data within 30 days (usually much faster) and confirm by email.

What is deleted

your profile: name, email, role and password hash;
children you added and all pickup requests about them;
device tokens used for push notifications;
administrative records that contain your personal data.

What may remain

Technical server logs and backups may be kept for a short limited period for security and then removed. An account cannot be deleted while it has an active pickup request; finish or cancel the request first.
